How I Plan to Use MUAi AI Tools to Save Time and Build My Online Business

How I Plan to Use MUAi AI Tools to Save Time and Build My Online Business

In my last article, “Why MUAi Is Becoming an Important Part of My Online Business,” I explained what attracted me to MUAi and why I decided to become a Founder and Elite Member.

But knowing what MUAi is and actually putting it to work are two very different things.

And that’s where things are starting to get interesting for me.

As MUAi continues to release its individual pillars and more of the tools within them become available, my plan is simple:

I want to use as many of these tools as possible to save time, simplify the work I already do and help me build a more efficient online business.

I’m not looking for AI to build my business for me.

I’m looking for AI to help me build it smarter and faster.

And at this stage of my life, time is probably one of the most valuable things AI can give me.

From a Busy Winter to More Time Online

As I write this, another busy winter season here in the Snowy Mountains is coming to an end.

For months, much of my day has revolved around running our two motels.

Guests, rooms, staff, bookings, maintenance and all the other jobs associated with hospitality don’t suddenly disappear because I want to spend a couple of hours working on my online business!

I’ve had to fit my online work around everything else.

But spring changes that.

As we begin winding down the motel operations over the next couple of weeks, I’m going to have considerably more time available.

And I don’t want to waste it.

My objective is to take the foundations I’ve already been building through ClickBank Profit Club, MAP and MUAi and start putting the pieces together more seriously.

That’s where I believe the expanding MUAi ecosystem could become extremely useful.

MUAi Is Being Built Out Over Time

One of the important things to understand about MUAi is that I’m not expecting everything to appear overnight.

The platform is developing progressively.

Individual pillars are being released, tools are becoming available and more functionality is expected to be added as the ecosystem develops.

I actually like that approach.

It gives me an opportunity to learn the different parts rather than suddenly being presented with dozens of tools and having no idea where to start.

Learn one. Use it. Understand it. Then incorporate the next one.

That’s much closer to how I want to build my business.

As each new MUAi tool becomes available to me, I intend to ask myself one very simple question:

“How can I use this to make something I’m already doing easier, faster or better?”

That’s the real test.

Using AI to Help Me Create Content

Content is already an important part of my online business.

You’re reading an example of it right now.

My blog allows me to share what I’m learning, talk about my experiences and hopefully help other people who may be following a similar path.

But writing good content takes time.

You have to come up with ideas, structure the article, write it, edit it, create headlines and then think about how you’re going to promote it.

AI can help enormously with that process.

I can start with my own experiences and ideas and use AI to help me organise those thoughts into something that is easier for my readers to follow.

That’s important to me because I don’t want AI creating some imaginary version of my story.

I want it to help me tell my real story better.

The ideas still come from me.

The experiences are mine.

The lessons are mine.

AI simply becomes an assistant helping me turn those ideas into useful content more efficiently.

Using AI to Help With My Emails

My email list is another major part of the business I’m building.

I’ve written before about why I believe building an email list is so important.

Social media platforms can change.

Advertising accounts can disappear.

Algorithms change constantly.

But building a relationship with people who have chosen to join my email list gives me something much more valuable.

The challenge is staying in contact with those subscribers.

I don’t want every email to simply say:

“Buy this.”

I want to share useful information, personal experiences, lessons from my journey and, when appropriate, introduce products and opportunities I believe are worth investigating.

AI can help me brainstorm subjects, structure emails, improve headlines and turn ideas from my blog into shorter email messages.

Again, it’s about saving time without losing my own voice.

Turning One Idea Into Several Pieces of Content

This is one area where I believe AI can become particularly powerful for me.

Let’s say I spend time writing one detailed blog article.

Previously, that might have been the end of it.

Now I can potentially take that single article and use AI to help turn it into:

  • an email to my subscribers,
  • several social media posts,
  • ideas for Facebook content,
  • a short video script,
  • follow-up email ideas,
  • promotional copy,
  • headlines and subject lines,
  • and even ideas for my next article.

Suddenly, one piece of work can become the foundation for many different marketing assets.

That’s a huge time saver.

Instead of constantly staring at a blank screen wondering what I should create next, I can get much more value from the content I’ve already produced.

Helping Me With Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate marketing remains an important part of my overall business strategy.

ClickBank Profit Club has been helping me concentrate on the fundamentals of building a list, promoting offers and following up with subscribers.

MUAi can potentially add another layer to that.

AI can help me research angles, think about the problems an audience is trying to solve, create promotional ideas and develop different ways of communicating an offer.

But there’s something important here.

I don’t want AI simply producing exaggerated sales claims.

I want it helping me explain why something might be useful to the right person.

There’s a big difference.

Long-term, I believe trust is far more valuable than trying to force a quick sale.

Using MUAi Alongside MAP and ClickBank Profit Club

This brings me back to something I’ve been talking about throughout this series.

I’m not trying to build three separate businesses.

I’m trying to build one business where the different systems support each other.

ClickBank Profit Club is helping me with affiliate marketing, list building and follow-up.

MAP has provided me with training and experience that I’ve built on over time.

And MUAi can increasingly become the AI-powered layer that helps me perform many of those tasks more efficiently.

That’s how I see the pieces beginning to fit together.

Rather than asking:

“Which one should I choose?”

I’m asking:

“How can I use the best parts of each to build one stronger business?”

The MUAi Pillars Could Open More Possibilities

What makes the next stage particularly interesting is that MUAi isn’t standing still.

As the individual pillars continue to be released, I expect my own use of the platform to change as well.

Some tools may become part of my daily routine.

Others might only be needed occasionally.

And there will probably be tools I haven’t even considered using yet.

That’s part of what makes being involved at this stage interesting.

I’m not looking at MUAi as a finished product that I’ll use exactly the same way forever.

I’m looking at it as a developing business ecosystem that I can grow into.

As more tools become available, I’ll test them against my own business.

Do they save me time?

Do they help me create something better?

Do they make a difficult task easier?

Do they help me communicate with my audience?

Do they help me generate leads or build relationships?

If the answer is yes, then that tool has a place in my business.

AI Won’t Replace the Human Side of My Business

There’s another point I think is worth making.

The more AI I use, the more important I believe the human side becomes.

People don’t join my email list because they want to hear from a robot.

They want useful information.

They want experiences they can relate to.

They want to know what worked, what didn’t and what someone else learned along the way.

That’s why I intend to use AI as my assistant rather than my replacement.

I still want my emails to sound like me.

I still want my blog to tell my story.

And if I recommend something, I want there to be a genuine reason behind that recommendation.

AI should help me communicate more effectively, not remove me from the conversation.

My Goal Is More Than Making Money

Of course I want my online business to generate an income.

That’s why I’m building it.

But there’s something else becoming equally important.

Freedom.

Freedom from having to be somewhere at a particular time every day.

Freedom from physical work.

Freedom to work from my laptop.

Freedom to decide how much I want to do.

And freedom to continue being productive well into retirement without doing the kind of manual work I’ve spent so many years doing.

At 73, that matters to me.

I don’t want to stop doing things.

I simply want to change what I’m doing.

And building an online business with the assistance of AI gives me a way of doing that.

I’m Going to Learn MUAi by Using It

I’m not going to pretend I know everything about MUAi already.

I don’t.

And because the different pillars and tools are continuing to roll out, there’s still plenty more for me to discover.

But that’s also what gives me something worthwhile to share with you.

Instead of simply telling you what MUAi promises to do, I want to show you how I’m actually using it.

As more tools become available, I’ll be putting them to work inside my own business.

I’ll share what I use them for.

I’ll explain what saves me time.

I’ll talk about what I find useful.

And I’ll show you how I’m combining those tools with the online business I’m already building.

That way, you can follow the journey rather than simply hearing another sales pitch.

Could You Benefit From Doing the Same?

If you’re building an online business—or thinking about starting one—you may be facing exactly the same problem I’ve faced.

There are only so many hours in a day.

Maybe you’re working full-time.

Maybe you’re raising a family.

Maybe you’re approaching retirement.

Or perhaps you simply don’t want to spend eight hours doing something that technology could help you accomplish in two.

That’s where I believe AI becomes genuinely exciting.

Not because it eliminates work, but because it can help us use our time better.

That’s what I’m hoping to achieve with MUAi.

And as the individual pillars and more AI tools continue to become available, I’m looking forward to discovering just how much of my online business I can simplify.

For me, the journey is really just beginning.

The winter season is ending.

My time is opening up.

The MUAi tools are rolling out.

And now it’s time for me to start putting them to work.

One tool at a time.

One task at a time.

One business moving forward.

To Your Success,
Graham Hill
