One of the most important lessons I’ve learned during my years of trying to build an online business is surprisingly simple:
Focus on one thing long enough to give it a genuine chance to work.
I still believe that.
In fact, if you’re just starting with affiliate marketing, I would strongly recommend resisting the temptation to join every new program, buy every new course or chase every opportunity that lands in your inbox.
That can quickly become overwhelming.
But there is another stage in building an online business.
Once you understand the fundamentals and have systems operating in the background, you can begin looking at how several related projects might work together rather than against each other.
That is the stage I’m moving into now.
While I’ve spent considerable time documenting my journey with ClickBank Profit Club, it isn’t the only project I’m currently working on.
I actually have three projects operating alongside each other, and over the coming months I’m going to start sharing more about how I’m bringing them together.
The important point is that I didn’t start all three at once.
They developed naturally from what I’d already been learning.
It Started With Learning One System
My journey didn’t begin with the idea that I needed three different businesses.
It began with learning.
Over the past few years, I’ve been following and working with people including John Thornhill, Omar Martin and Melinda Martin, learning more about affiliate marketing, building an audience, email marketing and creating an online business.
One of the earlier systems I became involved with was MAP — the Master Affiliate Profits ecosystem.
MAP helped introduce me to a much bigger picture of affiliate marketing.
Instead of thinking only about finding a product and sending someone directly to a sales page, I began looking at the importance of building an actual business around what I was doing.
That includes things such as:
- Building an email list
- Creating useful content
- Following up with subscribers
- Developing trust
- Learning how traffic works
- Promoting products that complement your audience
- Building systems that can continue working after the initial setup
Those lessons have carried forward into what I’m doing today.
Then ClickBank Profit Club Became Part of My Journey
More recently, ClickBank Profit Club became another important part of my online business journey.
If you’ve been following my previous posts, you’ll know I’ve been documenting what I’m actually doing rather than pretending everything happens overnight.
I’ve written about generating traffic, building my subscriber list, creating email follow-ups, writing blog content and trying to establish a routine that I can maintain.
That’s important because there is a massive difference between joining an online business opportunity and actually building an online business.
Joining is easy.
Building takes time.
ClickBank Profit Club has given me another structured way to continue developing the fundamentals I’ve already been learning.
And those fundamentals are becoming increasingly valuable as I add another project to the picture.
That project is MUAi — My Unfair AI.
How My Unfair Advantage Began Evolving
Omar and Melinda Martin have been involved in online marketing for many years, including through their long-running My Unfair Advantage program.
Toward the end of 2025, they began moving in a new direction.
Artificial intelligence was rapidly changing the online marketing landscape, and rather than simply adding a few AI tools to an existing program, they decided to develop something new.
That project would eventually become MUAi — My Unfair AI.
The concept caught my attention because I could see how AI was beginning to change many of the things we already do as online marketers.
Content creation.
Research.
Marketing.
Business planning.
Product development.
Traffic generation.
Customer communication.
These were not necessarily completely new business activities.
AI was beginning to provide new ways of doing existing business activities.
And that distinction was important to me.
Why I Decided to Become an MUAi Founder
During the development process, Omar and Melinda invited people to back the project by becoming Founder members.
Founders were effectively taking a chance on what was being built before the finished platform was available.
There was development work still to be completed, testing to be done and undoubtedly plenty of challenges behind the scenes.
For me, however, becoming a Founder was a relatively easy decision.
Why?
Because I didn’t see MUAi as something that required me to abandon everything else I was doing.
I saw it as something that could potentially work alongside it.
By the end of July 2026, MUAi began opening to Founders, giving us the opportunity to start exploring the platform and eventually promoting it as part of our businesses.
And that’s when something became clearer to me.
The three projects I had been working with weren’t necessarily competing for completely different directions.
They could potentially complement each other.
Three Projects — But One Bigger Goal
This is where I want to be careful.
I’m not suggesting that someone new to affiliate marketing should immediately go out and join three programs.
That’s probably the opposite of what I would recommend.
When you’re starting, concentrating on one project can help you understand the fundamentals without constantly distracting yourself with the next opportunity.
But once those fundamentals begin falling into place, your perspective can change.
For me, MAP, ClickBank Profit Club and MUAi are now becoming different pieces of a larger online business strategy.
ClickBank Profit Club is helping me continue building my affiliate marketing activity, generating leads and developing my email list.
MAP has been part of the broader affiliate marketing ecosystem and learning journey that helped me understand how these pieces fit together.
And now MUAi introduces another dimension—using artificial intelligence, software, training and community to help build and market an online business.
Instead of seeing them as three completely separate businesses, I’m beginning to see how they can operate in conjunction with each other.
The Real Asset Behind All Three
There’s another reason I believe this approach can work.
The real asset I’m trying to build isn’t simply my membership in any particular program.
It’s my audience.
That’s why I’ve talked so much in previous articles about building an email list.
Programs can change.
Products can change.
Marketing platforms certainly change.
But if I’m continually building a list of people who are interested in affiliate marketing, online business, AI and creating additional income streams, I’m building something I have much greater control over.
My blog plays another role.
Every article I publish becomes another opportunity for someone to discover my journey through a search engine, social media post, email or recommendation.
That person might initially discover me through ClickBank Profit Club.
Later, they may become interested in MUAi.
Someone else might discover me through MUAi and then start reading about my experiences with affiliate marketing.
That’s where the different pieces can begin supporting each other.
Multiple Income Streams Don’t Mean Multiple Shortcuts
This is probably the biggest point I want to make as I take this blog in a slightly different direction.
Having several potential income streams does not mean I’ve discovered several shortcuts to making money online.
Quite the opposite.
There is always more to learn.
There is always work to do.
I still need to write emails.
I still need to create content.
I still need to generate traffic.
I still need to understand the products I’m promoting.
I still need to communicate with subscribers.
And I still need to keep learning how AI can improve the way I do all of those things.
That’s the reality of building an online business.
The goal isn’t to find something where you never have to work again.
For me, the goal is to gradually build systems and assets that can continue producing results from work I’ve already done.
An email sequence is a good example.
I might spend several hours creating it today, but that sequence can continue communicating with new subscribers weeks or months from now.
A blog article is similar.
I write it once, but someone could discover it through Google months later.
And as these assets accumulate, so does the foundation of the business.
Where I’m Taking This Blog Next
That’s why you’re going to notice a slight change in my articles from here.
I’m certainly not abandoning my ClickBank Profit Club journey.
Far from it.
I’ll continue sharing what I’m learning, what I’m testing and how I’m building my list and promoting ClickBank products.
But I’m also going to start showing you the bigger picture.
I’ll share more about my experiences with MAP.
I’ll take you inside my journey as an MUAi Founder.
I’ll explore how I’m using AI in my affiliate marketing.
And, most importantly, I’ll show you how I’m trying to bring these different pieces together without losing focus.
Because my objective isn’t to build three businesses that constantly fight for my attention.
It’s to build a connected online business with several potential streams of income.
One Step at a Time
If you’re following my journey because you’re trying to build something similar, there’s one message I want you to take from this article:
Don’t confuse diversification with distraction.
Start with one project.
Learn the fundamentals.
Build your list.
Understand your audience.
Learn how to generate traffic.
Get comfortable communicating through email.
Create content.
Then, when you have a foundation, you can start asking whether another project genuinely complements what you’re already doing.
That’s the approach I’m taking.
I certainly don’t have everything figured out, and I expect there will be plenty more lessons along the way.
But that’s also what makes this journey worth documenting.
I’m not trying to show you an overnight success story.
I’m showing you the process of building something one subscriber, one article, one email and one income stream at a time.
And now, with ClickBank Profit Club, MAP and MUAi becoming increasingly connected in my overall strategy, the next stage of that journey is beginning.
There is still plenty of learning ahead.
There is still plenty of work ahead.
And that’s exactly what I’ll be sharing with you in the articles to come.
To Your Success,
Graham Hill
